Terms & Conditions

By booking a photography service with Photo Brand Photography, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

The sole copyright is retained by Photo Brand Photography.
Photo Brand Photography is allowed to use the photographs taken during the photo shoot for his own promotional purposes and on social media channels, websites, as well as for advertising purposes.
The provided photographs may be used by the client indefinitely and in their original form, provided that proper image credits are given.
When publishing the photographs on social media channels or websites, a visible copyright notice (image credit) is required:
- Instagram Feed-Post & Reel: tag in the caption and on the image / reel (chris.tophkoehler)
- Instagram Story: mention in the story – tag doesn’t need to be visible (chris.tophkoehler)

These cancellation policies apply to lifestyle, portrait, couple, family and proposal shoots.

Cancellations more than 30 days before the scheduled shoot date:
No cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.
Cancellations on the day of the shoot or no-shows:
A cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.
